Slyce: What inspired you to become an author?
TM: Reading other urban fiction books since middle school from my favorite authors like NOIRE and ZANE. I also have family who are also authors who inspire me as well!
Slyce: What is the name of your publishing company?
TM: I am currently signed to KAREN RENEE PRESENTS
Slyce: In what genre do you write?
TM: African American Urban fiction/Romance
Slyce: Have you ever penned under another name?
TM: No, I’m a new author and Tiffany Monique will always be my pin name.
Slyce: In what city do you live?
TM: I live in Orlando Florida
Slyce: Do you feel your environment influences what you write about?
TM: Sometimes. I’m from the streets so writing about it is a piece of cake but sometimes I like to think outside the box and jump into my fantasy world!
Slyce: You wrote a book titled, “Captured By The Plug”. What was this book about?
TM: This book gives you down south hood Luvin vibes! You know when you are torn between the good boy and the RUDE boy but you know the rude boy ain’t no good for you! But, you can’t get enough of that hardcore street lovin until things start to unravel and your caught up! This book is full of drama, secrets, and lies!
Slyce: Is this book a stand alone or a series?
TM: Yes it will be a 2 part series!
Slyce: Is this book an eBook and/or paperback?
TM: eBook
Slyce: How important are interviews?
TM: Very important! I love answering questions and giving ppl a chance to know me more! I want to know what people are thinking and what’s their concerns with author Tiffany monique! I’m a social person. Interviews are my thing! Let’s talk! Lol

TM: REALLY IMPORTANT. Well for me anyway. I want that feedback and I want the REAL! Getting honest reviews will only motivate me to go harder in my next book regardless if they are positive or negative. I want the truth lol

TM: It means building an image that represents YOU! Your brand is you so you want to always protect that and make sure you build it right!
Slyce: What goals do you wish to achieve as an author?
TM: I want to be a consistent number one best selling author! I want my name to hold heavy weight in the industry!
Slyce: Do you write for passion or the profit?
TM: BOTH! I want to get paid doing what I love to do
Slyce: What advice can you offer to those aspiring to become authors?
TM: KEEP PUSHING! Open up that laptop everyday and get to WORK!
