Slyce: What inspired you to become an author?
MC: I loved to write ever since I was a little girl. Writing is a great passion of mine. Also, my mother inspired me to continue writing because she would always encourage me to never stop writing. She knew that writing was my gift.
Slyce: What is the name of your publishing company?
MC: The company that is publishing my book is “Christian Faith Publishing”.
Slyce: In what genre do you write?
MC: Inspirational Writings
Slyce: Have you ever penned under another name?
MC: No, I have not. it’s just Author Michelle Cain.
Slyce: You wrote a book titled, “Christian Inspirational Writings”. What was this book about?
MC: This book is about different inspirational writings that I have written to inspire and to be an inspiration to people of all ages everywhere. So many people are dealing with so many struggles and challenges and I wrote this book to inspire and uplift people all over the world.
Slyce: Is this book a stand alone or a series?
MC: Eventually, this book will become a series.
Slyce: Is this book an audio, eBook and/or paperback?
MC: The book will be an eBook and a paperback book.
Slyce: How important are interviews?
MC: Interviews are very important because they help for your audience to get to know who you are as an author and get to know about your brand.
Slyce: How important is research?
MC: Research is very important. Research helps to give your audience the most accurate information that you can give them.
Slyce: What does the term “Building A Brand” mean?
MC: “BUILDING A BRAND” means to bring awareness about your book, your business and your brand. Creating a unique and lasting image to the world.
Slyce: What steps are you taking to build your brand?
MC: The steps that I am taking to build my brand is promoting on my Facebook pages, my Instagram pages, my website, and on different platforms that I became connected with on Facebook.
Slyce: Do you write for the passion or the profit?
MC: The profit is good but writing is a very great passion for me.
Slyce: What goals do you wish to achieve as an author?
MC: The goals that I wish to achieve as an author is to continue writing more inspirational books to reach and inspire people of all ages all over the world.

MC: Angela Thomas Smith, Lissha Sadler and Marilyn Brown
Slyce: What advice can you offer to those aspiring to become authors?
MC: Don’t give up on your goals and dreams. Don’t let your writing passion die. Continue to believe in yourself. It may get frustrating sometimes but keep pushing forward and just work hard to achieve your goals and dreams of success. You can do it!!!!
Slyce: WHAT IS: “Black Girls Ink”?
MC: Black Girls Ink is a group that I am apart of and this wonderful group is lead by Barbie Hall A.K.A. “Sister Goose”.
Slyce: What is the name of your blog talk show?
MC: My live show is “The Author’s World Live Show” and the show will launch starting May 6, 2021 at 7pm.
Slyce: What’s next for Author Michelle Cain?
MC: I am working on and writing my autobiography which will be about my life story, I am working on my 4th eBook, I am getting ready to launch my live show-“The Author’s World Live Show” in May 2021, I am working on new podcast episodes and just promoting my book and my brand to the world.
Slyce: What does the phrase, “Learn the Craft” mean?
MC: To me learn the craft means to learn the skill of writing and being an author.

MC: “Christian Inspirational Writings Paperback Book” will be released in April 2021. You will be able to get the book on Amazon and in all the major bookstores in the United States and Internationally (globally) in Canada and Australia.
